For Orders within Nairobi and its environs, we use our own shipping team to deliver your orders for free. For orders to other parts of Kenya, we will ask you for your nearest courier or parcel companies in order to deliver your order on our behalf.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, currently we only ship within Kenya.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

For orders or deliveries within Nairobi and around Nairobi, we do delivery on the same day you place your order. For orders outside Nairobi, it takes up to 1 business day for you to receive your package.

PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Cash if you are within Nairobi or around Nairobi, M-Pesa, and Card. If you are outside Nairobi, that is other parts of Kenya, we accept M-Pesa and Card.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

At Tajiri Furniture, we have sold to over 3,000 customers across Kenya. They order online only through our website or through phone call, and we process their orders successfully. No complain whatsoever about their security.
