3. Orders and Payments
3.1. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Payment options include mobile money, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
3.2. Custom orders require a 50% deposit, with the balance payable before delivery.
3.3. Tajiri Furniture reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if payment is incomplete or fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We deliver within Kenya based on our Shipping Policy. Delivery times depend on location and order type (standard or custom-made).
4.2. Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply for incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
4.3. Inspect your order upon delivery and report any damages or missing items within 24 hours.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. We accept returns under our Refund Policy if the product is defective or does not match the order.
5.2. Custom-made and clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
5.3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1. Our furniture comes with a 1-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
6.2. Tajiri Furniture is not liable for indirect damages, losses, or personal injury resulting from product use.
